Privacy Policy for Triset

Triset is a card game. You can play on your own against computer opponents, or with other people on the same wifi network. This policy explains what information the app handles.

No data collection

Triset does not collect, transmit, or share your personal information. There is no account to create, no server run by us, and no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing you do in the app is reported back to us.

The app does not need an internet connection to play. Playing with other people uses your local wifi network only, as described below.

Playing with people on the same wifi

When you host or join a local game, your device exchanges information directly with the other devices at the table over your local network. What is sent is limited to what the game needs in order to be played:

• The player name you entered, so the other players can see whose turn it is
• The state of the game — the cards on the table, whose turn it is, and what has been revealed

This information travels only between the devices playing together. It does not pass through a server, it is not sent over the internet, and we never receive or store it. It is not retained by the app after the game ends.

Because your name is visible to everyone at the table, use a name you are comfortable sharing with the people you are playing with. Joining a game is the only time the app connects to anything.

What's stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of information locally, using the standard app storage provided by iOS and Android. This stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else:

• The player name you choose to enter
• Your in-progress game, so you can resume where you left off
• Your card back colour and sound preference
• Your chosen language
• Your chosen difficulty level, and a count of how many games you have won at each level
• Whether you have opened the app before, and whether you have bought the hosting upgrade

You can clear all of it at any time by deleting the app.

Purchases

Triset offers one optional in-app purchase, which unlocks the ability to host a local game. Joining a game someone else is hosting is always free and requires no purchase.

Purchases are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details. The app stores only whether the upgrade has been unlocked on your device.

Children's privacy

Because Triset collects no personal information at all, it does not knowingly collect information from children or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, an updated version will be posted on this page.
