Privacy Policy for Tamon
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Tamon does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no crash reporting, and the app has no internet connection of its own. The developer receives nothing about you or your device.
What the app stores on your device
Everything you put into Tamon stays on your iPhone or iPad:
- Your tasks: their names, icons, and whether they repeat daily
- Each task’s steps, including any icons and photos you add to them
- Reminder times and days
- A history of the tasks you finish, used to show your history and streaks
- Whether you have seen the welcome screen
None of this is sent to the developer or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
If your device is backed up to iCloud or to a computer, that backup can include Tamon’s data, the same as other apps. Backups are handled by Apple under your own backup settings; the developer cannot see them.
Photos and camera
You can add a photo to a step. Tamon uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or pick a photo, and only for that. The photo you choose is copied into Tamon’s own storage on your device so the step can show it. Tamon does not look at the rest of your library.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications: Tamon schedules them on your device, and they never pass through a server. iOS asks for permission the first time you save a reminder. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications → Tamon.
Children
Tamon collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
