How it works
A task is a routine, like Morning or Leaving the house. It’s made of steps, like Brush your teeth or Keys.
- Library is where you build. Tap a task to edit its steps, or tap New task to make one. You can start from a template, such as Morning, Bedtime, or Laundry, and change it however you like.
- Active is where you do. Tap a task to walk through it one step at a time: read the step, tap Done — next step, and keep going until it’s finished.
- Profile has your history and information about the app.
Daily and one-off tasks
Turn on Repeats daily for a routine you do every day. It starts fresh each morning, and Tamon counts how many days in a row you’ve finished it. A task without it stays done once you finish it.
Reminders
Each task can have one or more reminder times, on the days you choose. Set them while editing the task: tap the task’s name at the top of its step list. Tapping a reminder opens that task.
If reminders don’t appear, check that notifications are on in Settings → Notifications → Tamon.
Photos on steps
You can add a photo to any step, for example a picture of where the keys are kept. If Tamon can’t open your camera or photos, allow access in Settings → Tamon.
Your data
Everything stays on your device. There’s no account and nothing is sent anywhere, so deleting the app deletes your tasks and history. See the privacy policy.
